Rocais is a fun and fast Tribal Fusion Bellydance Troupe from Duvall, Washington. Members are Coila Craig, Shelby Alexander and troupe director Martina Crowe-Hewett. Rocais is super excited to be performing at Folklife for their second year. Folklife is a such a cornerstone festival in Seattle and its a honor to be dancing on this stage once again!
